Responsibilities: Foreman of the spray crew. Lead a 6 man crew to paint and apply EPOXY from scissor lifts. Ensure all proper PPE is worn. Hold safety meetings. Ensure MDS is followed for applications. Ensure the work zone is safe. Ensure proper ventilation is in place. Assign each member of the team the duties they are responsible for the day. Communicate the goals for the day. Establish 3 way communication with each team member. Once the task is complete, complete all required paperwork daily.
Tasks: Work out of scissor lifts and JLG lifts. Wear safety harnesses and full PPE. Apply protective coating to a 10,000 square ft to 30,000 square ft. individual rooms at the MOX facility. Ensure proper MILS are applied to the walls. Ensure all proper clean up and disposal is done in accordance with EHS. Gather materials from the supply warehouse. Coordinate via walkie talkie with iron workers and operators for materials to be loaded by a crane and be distributed to the correct destination. SKILLS
