·Submit all PFOs are accurate and submitted at the end of every night.

·Created a cross-training program ensuring FOH staff members were able to perform confidently and effectively in all positions.

·Ensure every member of the crew is up to date and knowledgeable on any and all new additions to the tap list and food menu.

·Effectively and accurately engage with guests at the bar and throughout the restaurant while also ensuring tables are cleaned in a timely manner and glass wear is clean and ready for use.
