Responsible for HVAC (Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Designing and
estimates, specifically air ducting system using SMACNA standard. Chilled water piping
system was also used including pipe sizes and heat load calculation using the ASHRAE
standard and submitting the design to the consultant for approval.
Supervised the draftsmen in detailing and designing and reviewed all designs
before submitting it to the consultant for final approval
Formulated the Method Statement for chiller and split type Air Conditioning Installation,
Ventilation systems such as ceiling inline exhaust fan, centrifugal blowers, power roof
exhausters and also for the final testing and commissioning of the whole system
Submitted the BOQ (Bill of Quantity) for ordering materials needed for installation
Coordinated civil works through site engineers and mechanical foremen during ongoing
AC installation and ensured that all civil works were prepared and provisioned in a timely manner
Visited on-going constructions for inspection and ensured that quality materials as well as high standard installation performance were met.
Prepared scope of work for the entire week and gave specific assignments to skilled
workers who were part of the job and made sure that delivery of work specified for the day were met
Attended weekly meetings for on-going projects and documented progress reports for the job and discussed scope of work for the following week.
