A global ambassador to various non-profit organizations, serving on the board of directors (e.g. the Joseph Garilus Diabetes and infectious Diseases Prevention foundation—St. Louis, Missouri, Enlight-Abilities—Chipata, Zambia and Femme Forte—Kampala, Uganda). Service areas include protecting human rights, creating equal opportunities for those disenfranchised/disabled, women empowerment, cultural engagement and fundraising. My fundraising efforts have been instrumental in raising more than $145K in just 2 years, a testament to my dedication and effectiveness.
Led various educational endeavors (e.g., serving as a volunteer teacher to inner-city males—at Miller’s Preparatory Academy for Boys, creating and teaching an acclimation course at Baltimore City College (partnering with the International Rescue Committee), and authored a book highlighting the substitution of government by NGOs in Haiti. Additional educational endeavors include teaching stints in Brazil, Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Haiti, France, Belgium, China, Cuba, Colombia, England and Turkey.
Foreign affairs efforts include partnerships with foreign service officers (U.S. Department of State), interlocutors from the Global Ties, and 25 dignitaries from around the world. To facilitate international relations, I created a robust non-profit/NGO management program. I also served as a federal contractor with the U.S. Department of State for more than 10 years.

Efforts resulted in securing 150+ accounts across tenure, an attrition reduction of 65% (within the first 3 months) and placing 98% of staff within the hourly workforce division.
Analyzed data and drafted executive-level reporting, highlighting staffing/turnover, KPI adherence, and staff play sheets. Frequently partnered with the executive team to convey findings and introduce strategic measures to align outcomes with objectives better.

Utilized Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC—Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) to reduce expenditures by 45% (saving more than $734K throughout tenure).
Oversaw all aspects of various architectural projects (using Dapulse, Smartsheet, Robohead, Liquidplanner and Clarizen), exceeding the organization’s projected goals. Efforts resulted in a 55% increase in efficiency and productivity.
