•Morning meeting with manpower regarding safety, 5S, to day production plan etc.

•Manpower distributions as per production plan.

•Ensure PPEs and safe working on shop floor.

•Meeting with dispatch team regarding any critical parts

•Make production report on daily basis and monthly basis.

•Make training schedule for worker on monthly basis (safety, 5S, Process & Quality).

•Ensuring BOP/Raw Material availability for next production plan.
