I Started off as an order picker and worked my way up, there I learned to use various power tools for order picking such as Forklifts, Standing Forklifts, and Order Pickers. I was a cashier for a small stint where I excelled at signing up customers for credit cards and protection plans. Once I was moved to assistant Delivery manager I handled all Customer Care issues (Complaints) both in English and Spanish as I was the only bilingual person in deliveries. I oversaw our load pulling team and helped hands on when needed to ensure proper items were getting delivered. In order to help customers I studied product knowledge from our Sales people
(from flooring to appliances) I Maintained Contact with our customers through various channels such as in person, over the phone and through email providing the best Customer Service Possible. Maintain Customer Relations to ensure we kept them as long time buyers rather than one time buyers. Seniors Connect
Starting off as a regular member my junior year by senior year I was voted the secretary of our group which went out to help our senior citizens that were placed in a retirement home.
