Supported the Cloud Migration Program Management Office (PMO) as the Manager for Mainframe Transformation effort to make Mainframe determinations. Facilitated vendor efforts to determine Mainframe application strategy placement (i.e., retire, SAAS replacement, encapsulation) and the execution of the strategy.

Led effort to drive execution of enhanced reporting solution to meet customer virtual Over the Air (OTA) needs to enable activations ($4M savings in SIM swap activations).

Led the partnered effort with Google to enable AT&T mobile subscribers to interface with the Google Cloud Planform (GCP) to enable subscribers to download instant messaging with Rich Communications Services (RCS) capability.

Supported Payments, Collections and Billing Program Management Office. Responsible for delivering the following project deployments: Authorized Bill Payment Retention Mandate, EMV Contactless Certification and Authorization Required on Credit Card Refunds.

Delivered ATT TV enhancement to include credit check prior to selling ATT TV base package with contract. Project goal was to create a credit check process for stand- alone new AT&T TV customers in all channels that sell AT&T TV. This process was designed to score customers based on credit score profiles.

Delivered DTV and Broadband service to consumer and small business customers outside the 21-state footprint (Out of Region) like In Region. Technology Development enhancements included: ordering, qualification, provisioning, partial dispatch, billing, tax, journals, and payments. The pilot was successful, which resulted in these services being offered across different regions.

Led two scrum teams. Used Agile methodology to meet release schedules. Remove developer roadblocks while driving for continuous improvements. Essential team member who pushed organization towards model of upstreaming AT&T code first and reducing technical debt. Responsible for 20 developers across two teams.
