As a Assistant Resident Engineer MEP was responsible to performing the contractual duties on site supervision of MEP activities like design Review, execution of work at Jinnah Institute of Cardiology hospital Project IDAP-GOP (250 Bed). Management and direction of a team of Engineers and Inspectors for the supervision of the MEP construction of the designs. Reporting on progress, safety, financial recommendations, and quality control and design modifications. Efficiently managed to Design, monitor and controlling entire construction activities pertinent to MEP works. Builds a trusted relationship with the management team and with the client's counterpart staff. Leads the supervision of MEP works and the review of associated contractor and vendor submissions. Assists the Resident Engineer in liaison with power authorities and helps facilitate approval of contractor submissions.

Assists the Resident Engineer in monitoring progress of construction against the programmed, and takes steps to ensure the programmed is achieved.

Ensures that the project quality control procedures are used for the supervision works and monitors it for improvement.

Study the project tender documents (BOQ, Drawings, and Specifications) for bidding submission. Prepare project related queries and send to consultant client for clarifications. Generate inquiries for each electrical system of BOQ, and RFQ to approved vendor/supplier for quotations.
