The development will be located in the area known as Ukudu, in the municipality of Dededo. GPA has previously received approval from the Guam Consolidated Commission on Utilities (CCU), Guam Public Utilities Commission

comprising 59.2 acres. This parcel has been purchased by GPA, and the Guam Legislature has rezoned the parcel to M1 (Light Industrial) zoning to allow power plant development. The new

198 MW CCPP project is located on a 59.2 acre parcel. The power plant utilizes 25 acres, and an additional 15 acres will be used as a laydown area during construction. The Freedom Ring, the Centre piece of the Expo Pilipino site, is a dynamic architectural statement designed to meet the expectations and aspirations of the Filipino people. A supplemental project to the Earthquake Reconstruction Program (ERP), Packages A-H total of 162 bridges undertaken by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) of the Republic of the Philippines, financed by the World Bank Loan No. 3263-PH and ADB Loan No. 1053-PHI (SF).

Role: Cad Operator / Detailer

Responsible for the preparations and drawings such as plan, elevation and sections. Retrofit work schedules, revising drawings to "as-built" status. Detailing of reinforcement for the bridge structures. Prepared, assisted and drawn the bridge packages A-C. Detailed the design drawings for retrofitting condition of each bridge (RCDG, Steel) based on the report involving shear keys, slab strengthening, lengthening of coping, replacement of approach slab, repair of wing wall/back wall, putting steel jacket on column. Submitted the different span of bridge scheme such as flat slab, pre-stress, steel or reinforced concrete design girder and provided bar scheduling for different span of girder.
