●Rework associate: Audited pack locations to ensure quality control for every 25% completion of a lane. Initiated lanes upon 95% charge completion in order to be packed out. Responsible for collecting leftover freight and reassigning it to either the racks or a random store location.

●Forklift operator: Over a year of experience safely operating the cherry picker.

●Team trainer: Four years of training new hire associates in the pack function ensuring new associates would safely and effectively execute their function within the team.

●Backup problem-solver: 1 year of filling in for the problem solver of the OOR department. Responsibilities included managing the labels and tasks of the workers for the department; teamed up with inbound departments in order to request special orders that were either missing, or urgent; and consolidated the library locations to limit time required to accomplish picks and allow space for more inventory.

●Packer: Accurately charged locations in order to be picked out. Once charging is completed, pack out the aisle with precision which limits problems down the line for rework associates.

●Security packer: Picked in a security cage for high priced items that scaled from $500 per item and up. Upon completion, each package sent out was audited and only accepted 100% accuracy due to the price of the items.
