Agile Ceremonies:

As the team Scrum Master or team-of-teams coach, I lead all agile team ceremonies to guide consistent, repeatable use of agile practices. With my agile tool/s proficiency, team members become comfortable providing daily updates on user story readiness, code quality and call attention to impediments.

Backlog Refinement:

Coaching product owners and development leads to document features using the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) model. Establish a Definition of Ready (DoR) for team backlogs to inspect feature and story readiness alongside sprint goals – anticipate issues and reduce dependencies.

Teams:

Highly effective in structuring product teams to inspect product delivery with useful metrics related to the program plan: user stories connected to a single feature KPI. Doing so allows both teams and stakeholders to evaluate delivery and plan to pivot in real-time versus late release cycles. Employ data-driven capacity planning to yield realistic sprint plans and increase release predictability.

Inspect & Adapt:

Extensive experience setting program/release dashboards to ensure data-driven assessment of planning effectiveness; common team metrics and reports to assess daily progress against sprint goals. Coach common definition of done (DoD) across teams to inspect code quality standards before check-in to code repository.
