●Process Guide - In this role, It was important to manage other associates, handle bin audits, hold associates accountable for their rates, handle packages that could not be shipped out and lead start of shift meetings. They also collaborated closely with the Process Assistant to maintain safety protocols, quality and performance. They also provided critical information to bring up at the manager’s meeting at the end of shift.
●Problem Solve - Within this role, it was imperative to make sure items made it to the next department as fast as possible, often causing people in this role to think of solutions quickly. They also collaborated closely with the Process Assistant to execute new plans and maintain productivity.
●Learning Ambassador - In this role, I would teach new associates what was expected of them for each shift, safety rules, policies and administered tours of the building to help associates get around safely. I also administered performance coachings and quality audits.
