Started as a closing coordinator and assisted closers with their files and processing needs. Was promoted to an escrow officer at the end of 2020. As a closing agent, I entered my own orders, worked to build my own relationships with agents and lenders, processed the file, and worked with the lender to file closed on time. Making sure the clients have a wonderful closing experience is my main goal at the end of the day!

Started out as a teller and after about 2 years I got promoted to a Universal Banker and I did that for over 3 years until I got promoted to the Assistant branch manager (Sales & Service Coordinator). I helped in teller functions, executed wires, notary services, and also have NMLS to do mortgage refinancing as well as customer service. I opened new accounts, input and booked loan applications, made the schedule, and trained and oversaw employees. Went back to a banker in November 2017 because the pay was better with incentives.
