Renovation of an existing pantry into a new Call Center at the West Quad Building, in order to demolish the existing call center for the new 4000 Amp. Electric service room.

Port Richmond WPCP - Staten Island, NY
Rehabilitation and alteration of the main boiler room including:
Installation of (3) 600hp duel fuel hot water boilers and associated equipment. The reconstruction of the digester gas compressor room and piping for use as a primary source of fuel burning for the boilers.

Responsibility included overseeing the work at miscellaneous NYC DEP pump stations, tide gates and waste water treatment plants.
Overseeing the installation of residential water mains and services for various Municipalities on Long Island.

Queensbridge Houses – New York City Housing Authority
Replacement of (18) 250HP gas fired steam boilers in six plants, consisting of two phases. Each plant included excavation, shoring, cutting of areaway & foundation walls, rigging of boilers, rebuilding of walls and backfilling excavations. Work also included the rebuilding of the entire boiler room steam system and installation of new electrical systems for power, lighting and boiler panels.
Worked on the coordination of all steam and domestic water shutdowns with the development managers and borough heating divisions.
Responsibilities included conducting weekly tool box safety talks with the project foreman, performing site safety walk-thru’s. Scheduling and monitoring of the rebar, concrete and soil compaction inspections. Filling out daily reports, as well as reviewing contractor’s monthly requisition and payroll verification reports.
