My job requirements were line/prep cook. I prepped and prepared all the food and worked the line. I kept my station fully stocked at all times as seeing it was a very busy restaurant I had to have everything ready and prepped for it to be stocked at all times. It was a very demanding and fast past environment in which I absolutely love! I work well with others and am a great team player and a very fast learner! I definitely work well under pressure. Deli, Winco Foods
My job title was mainly the cook. I prepped all of the meats and all of the sides that were to be cooked that day, but I worked both sides of the Deli from slicing meat to prepping all of the salads and make sure they were always fresh.
I fried all of the food and also baked all of the food. I had to batter all of the fried chicken before dropping it every time and also had to prep all of the BBQ chicken that I would bake throughout the day. I also helped the seafood section when they needed it. I was one of the main openers so there were many days when I would come in and open the whole Deli by myself and held all the responsibilities in which I always had everything ready in time for open.
One of my main jobs was to definitely always have fresh food and very happy customers, great customer service with a smile!
