- Brief: The program is to use RFM and KMean model to segment customers. It is also applied skewness and transformation method for data.
- Tech:
Programming language: Python.

- Main Task:
First, calculate the RFM and convert all features into RFM parameters.
Then apply Box-cox transfomation to balance the data. Next, scale the data and use KMean model to classify the customers.
