An architect technical manager, with fourteen years experience in creative design and technical works and fit-out, uses professionally a set of essential softwares to produce schematics, construction and fabrication documents and presentations, communicating, following up and coordinating with the site works.

Technical Architect and Site Coordinator Oct. 2012 – May 2019 Seven years working both in office and site coordination to get the fit-out works done properly. Provide comprehensive technical drawings and advice whilst ensuring that clients requirements are catered to, without deviating from technical standards, submitting technical specifications. I would work on IFC drawings and detailed shop drawings, while coordinating with the architectural and the MEP drawings.

I employed my knowledge of technical and material properties to create construction drawings. I would review drawings and submittals prior to submitting to clients or subcontractors. Worked in many projects, both interior and exterior, including space planing, designs, design and execution drawings, details, provided 3D scenes to clients, produced a detailed technical documents to match the design specifications, and also I would calculate quantities.
