Yrs Experience Sous Chef

Mike ** Boonton nj over ** yrs experience. Was just currently at mt. Lakes lake club as there sous chef for 3 yrs . I have worked a couple country clubs throughout the yrs so I also have catering experience. I am like another chef in the kitchen with all the jobs I am able to complete and do it all from a-z in the kitchen . I can clean fish meat and poultry on my own
