• Guided people to where they needed to go by informing them of what group they should be with for
when the race (swimming competition) began.
• Got all 300 competitors a time strap and marked each persons name so it matched up when it came
time to receive the times for the race. (This was important because we needed to match the times to
the swimmer correctly.
• Removed all 300 straps as the swimmers came out of the water and wrote times down.
• Helped the life guards set up in the water by swimming supplies like extra floats and a markers so
swimmers can see.
• Had some moments where we all had to help the fire department to locate one of the swimmers in the water.
