Currently serving in the position of Regional Healthcare Services Manager for the Midwest. Previous Positions: Center Manger (Evansville IN and Vincennes IN), Respiratory Therapist Service Rep, Customer Service Rep, Senior Service Rep, and Service Rep Current training responsibility include: Oxygen fill plant oversight, Center Manager and staff training on compliance to policies and regulations as they pertain to FDA, DOT, BOP, company policy, Safety, and Accreditation organizations. Specializing in FDA quality control, PAP Tech program, as well as oversee Healthcare specialist trainings on ventilators, oxygen systems and high-tech equipment.
Inspection responsibilities include internal FDA, facilities, vehicle, HiPAA, safety and ergonomics, patient charts as well as assist with Local, State, and Federal inspectors. Vehicles, current and Future Store location assessments and layout plans.
Safety management: Review/evaluate incidents and put out safety notices to region. Coaching/investigating and retraining when incidents occur to ensure policies are known and followed. These are based off current events, weather conditions, and Dashcam reviews. Ergonomic trainer and new location pre/post set up inspections.
Clinical Resource: For Region, Area, Center Managers, Healthcare staff, and Service Representatives on policy, regulations, and equipment/patient assessments.
Region fleet management: relocating (and transporting) vans, accident investigations, Vehicle inspection and staff training, and post-accident reviews (lessons from incidents). Assist Area and Center Managers on reviewing and coaching of DriveCam incidents. Maintenance cost reviews for repairs.
