Overall I enjoy working in the Hotel and Guest services, I've had 3 to 4 years in, housekeeping and Front desk services.i have learned to have patience with any given situation. have had a great time investing my time to work here as font desk.The most challenging part about this job was fixing any and all concerns.the pos system was very easy to understand and adapt to. My favorite part about the job was the guests that would come in, I would make their check in and check out experience wonderful. No matter what they made sure to come back. All of my coworkers there are great workers that definitely worked as a team. I would work here again.
