What drives me:

● Describe the underlying motivations that fuel your actions and decisions.

● What are your passions, interests, and things that bring you joy? Providing for my children and keeping my family together is what motivates me each day to get up go to work. My faith in the God is also what pushes me to make the right decision for my family. My passion is for the art of fishing and the great outdoors. I have found solace in the craft of fishing. I find it brings me peace . It has taught me patience as well as allowing me to enjoy natures wildlife .

My role models:

● What specific qualities or achievements in your role models resonate with you? My grandmother has been a great influence through out my life . Teaching the importance of hard work and dedication. Coming from a hispanic culture of hard working civilians . I have learned to protect and honor my people by teaching the same values to my children. Being a father and supporting my own family gives me much pride. Teaching my children to be honest work hard and love god is what i hold most valuable in my life. My purpose in life:

● How do your faith, ethics, morals, or beliefs influence your life? I believe my purpose is to spread the word of God to my children so they can serve the lord as I do. I believe that I was meant for bigger things fueling my desire to own my own business one day. Continuing to practice my faith and appreciate each day. Learning the value of prayer everyday has influenced me to achieve goals set for myself. To lead by example the morals and values taught to me through my children holding pure believe that the choices ive made have been the right ones for me.

I believe the gift of life solidifies my why, becoming a father and being responsible to nurture and protect my children is my purpose.

I believe my grandmothers strict teachings and commitment to the teachings of Gods prayer has set my core believe of how important creating my own family for myself would be. I believe I hold great value to protecting my family and being committed to ensure they are always taken care of is my sole purpose in life. Encouraging me to continue my path and learn a trade so they are taken care of is what excites me to push myself till the end. My academic journey:

● How does your "why" influence your academic pursuits and goals

● In what ways does your purpose inspire you to excel in your studies? I am a firm believer that i am living Gods plan. Contuning my education in persuite of followng my dream of owning my own business has been a blessing . I am focused on the duties I need to complete to get closer to my goal. Returning to school after so many years was a big decision. Dedication and determination is what gives me the boost to continue going forward working towards my degree in business.. Modeling sacrafice and the importance to completing a goal set for yourself shows my children there is purpose in everything we do. Learning different school courses to increase my knowlwdge of being a sucessfull business owner one day is so much appreciated.

● Describe how having a sense of purpose can provide resilience and determination. Because when u learn the value of dedication and hard work u understand some days will not be so easy, and with prayer God will guide you through. Knowing that i have a purpose to becoming a self owned businessman, with the teaching of Gods word . I am commited to being an example to my children anything is possible if you work at it.
