July 2023- August 2023, University of Maryland James A. Clark School of Engineering I collaborated with a Civil Engineering PhD candidate on urban stormwater characterization and treatment, contributing to experiment facilitation and data analysis. My responsibilities included developing a program using R to analyze and categorize the large datasets derived from the research findings. Intern, Department of Mechanical Engineering at UMD August 2023 - Present, University of Maryland James A. Clark School of Engineering I conducted research on Transit Liquid Phase Soldering (TLPS), focusing on developing and testing sinters with diverse metals, particle sizes, binder chemistry, and substrate compositions. This involved evaluating their electrical conductivity, adhesion, and voiding properties in pastes to create advanced high-temperature packaging materials for semiconductors.
