EXPERIENCE

ASSEMBLER MECHANIC, SIEMENS

• Performs repetitive assemble operations to include placing parts in specific relationship to each other, Bolt, screw and fasten parts together using hand and power tools. Test the assembly and adjust as needed.

• Report and document unusual conditions, any defective material or specific problems related to quality and safety.

FORKLIFT OPERATOR, AVANCEZ

• Efficiently sorted, handle, load and unload palletized and no-palletized freight.

• Used appropriate motorized and manual equipment, including pallet jack, forklift and by hand.

• Secured freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.

• Work in a safe, efficient manner, adhering to company safety policies.

• Use mobile handheld devices to scan and track shipments.

• Lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sized and weights (up to 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 70 lbs. occasionally)

• Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel as necessary.

ASSEMBLY SPECIALIST, PETERBILT

• The installation and/or connection of wiring harnesses and associated electronic components.

• Testing of assembly components for simple electrical malfunctions and various other simple testing. Repairs to be made when failures are detected

• The use of standard machine tools including a variety of hand, electric, and pneumatic tools as required to complete assigned tasks.

• Material transport that included the use of but not limited to hoist cranes, forklifts, and pallet jacks.

• Perform diagnostic inspections on general truck-tractor systems utilizing both mechanical diagnostics and system software diagnostics.

• Perform preventative maintenance inspection of truck-tractor components.

• Perform repairs to truck-tractor components.

• Complete required paperwork to reflect hours, parts and lube, which are utilized within each job function.
