As a cap team associate we are tasked with throwing and unloading GM truck and stocking the grocery freight. After we finish with that we start stocking the GM freight.

One of my recent rewards was when I worked at Walmart super center. One day I was named team lead from my supervisor and the assistant store manager over my department. This award was given to me because of my work ethic and my performance on a day in and day out basics. As well as my leadership skills and the teaching ability that I showed with my coworker earn me that spot.
