As part of my role as Junior Engineer of Design department, I am responsible for preparation of detailed engineering manufacturing drawings with bill of materials and calculation for major parts of equipments of Cement & Mining Industries. I.e: Ball mills, Rotary Kiln & Granulators etc…
In addition, I am responsible for on-site measurement for reverse engineering major parts of Ball mills, Rotary Kiln & Granulators for domestic & global clients. I.e: Girth gear, Pinion, Shells, Roller, Mill head & Trunnion etc… Practicing with AGMA, ISO, IS, BS & DIN standards
I.e: AGMA 6014-B15, IS 1328, BS 970 etc…
I hold a “Diploma in Mechanical Engineering” from P.T.Lee Chengalvaraya Naicker Polytechnic College, Chennai-600007.

Girth Gear :
Involved in execution of Static cum Thermal Analysis for simulating the Normalizing process (Heat Treatment) of Girth Gear with integral Tie bar design.
Roller Hub of VRM (Vertical Roller Mill) :
Execution of failure analysis (Static & Fatigue) of existing Roller hub of VRM by Finite Element Method.
Muktyala Cement Plant – KCP :
Involved in preparation of 3D model of KCP-Muktyala Cement Plant using SolidWorks.

Reverse Engineering the critical equipments of Rotary Kiln, Ball mills & Granulators.
As a design engineer, preparing calculations & drawings from actual measurements of Kiln, Ball mil & Granulator components.
