Outbound collection calls to customers when their payment was past due. Took inbound calls from customers. Completed a welcome call if one was due. Communicated through written and verbal correspondence with external and internal customers, such as, QWEST Communications, independent telephone company coordinators, assistant market managers, market managers and designers in the Creative Publishing department and Federal Technologies Services to produce the Emergency pages, Phone Service pages, Community Service Number pages, Federal/GSA Dream pages and Audio Text pages and City/County Line pages. Imported, maintained and sized logos.
