Additional Instructions for mailing your package

Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your package. If you are shipping a non-hazardous item, completely remove or cover any hazardous materials markings. Affix the mailing label using clear plastic shipping tape over the entire label and squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.

Instructions from Quality Solution

All returns must be preapproved via Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and must be sent freight prepaid, unless other arrangements are made. All New Returns must be sent back within 30 days and have to be new in appearance to get credit, meaning they cannot have been installed, or be scratched, dented, dirty, or abused. Warranties must include documentation of purchase as well as explanation of malfunction in order for warranty credit to be given. When shipping product back to us please package with care because if it is damaged during shipping we will determine it as a non-warrantable product. All returns require a RMA before shipping back. After the RMA is issued the customer has 30 days to return the item to our shipping address provided. If item is issued a RMA and not returned within 30 days, UQRS will not accept the return and credit will not be issued.
