Project Manager / Consultant in the Performance Engineering Division

Delivered a Project for Performance baselining study and testing of Applications migrating to Greenfield New Generation Data Center (NGDC) that introduced additional network latency between layers of application, including Client-to-Web, Web-to-App, App-to-DB, and App-to-Middleware / Mainframe.

Led the initiative of migrating software applications to a new data center through identifying and addressing issues impacting performance / user experience of the software applications.

Project managed through AZURE DEVOPS (ADO) by monitoring the Application performance in existing environment and testing App performance in the new Data Center environment using APM (Application Performance Monitoring ) tools like Dynatrace, Aternity, Splunk, Zenoss.
