I managed agents and trained them on a chat line . I answered customer emails that had complaints regarding their U-Haul rental. I made reservations. I call back customers and send out promotions text to customers who start a quote online and I call the customer if they respond yes to the text sent and make a reservation. I also send out equipment distribution offers to existing reservation customers that offer customer auto transport and trailers to take them to the state they are moving to with their truck rental they currently have.
