**** – 2019 Minot Enterprises Inc. – Bear Lake MN. Senior Controls Engineer. Designed control systems with Modicon and Rockwell PLC’s. for 3M Plants and for Power Generation Facilities. Extensive development with Wonderware, iFix and other SCADA systems. Developed web-based production applications using C# and SQL. Worked with AWS to set up sandbox test sites to emulate plant architecture for testing applications before rolling them out into production. 1984-1985 Insight Technology - Wausau, WI

Systems Programmer. Developed and maintained assembly language libraries for Convergent Technology NGen and MegaFrames. Designed and developed background servers to update, post and print shipping manifests, packing labels and post GL databases. Wrote programs to update files using 3270 protocol. Worked with X.25 packet network for WAN. All development in PASCAL, C and assembler.

1982-1984 Watchtower Bible and Tract Society - Walkil, NY Programmer. Transferred from Canadian branch to facility in New York to work on the development of a Multi Language Photo Typesetting system. Developed an Ethernet networking system and file server operating system. All development work was done in PLM and Assembler. Reverse engineered Intel’s Ethernet protocol enabling IBM PC's to be used as editing work stations replacing Intel development workstations, and then exporting programs for compiling and linking on INTEL development boxes.

1980-1982 Watchtower Bible and Tract Society - Georgetown, Ontario CANADA Electronics Department. Installed and maintained 700 line telephone exchange. Designed special automation controllers for high speed printing presses. Responsible for maintenance of all electronic equipment in factory and office.

1977-1980 University of Western Ontario - Systems Engineering Group - London, Ontario CANADA Technician responsible for maintenance of computer systems and peripherals on campus. Responsible for the connection of over 1000 terminals and printers to various DEC Mini's and a KL10 mainframe. Designed circuit boards and built custom interfaces for various laboratories on campus and at the University Hospital.
