2021 – Present Ted is the Co-founder and President of Exouza Inc, Exouza is pharmacy benefit management company headquartered in Fairfax, VA. Exouza has developed transformational solutions using analytics and AI to manage the costs of drugs and improve member engagement.
2013 – 2021 Ted is the Co-founder and President of InterveneRx. InterveneRx is a care management company focused on managing patients taking high costs drugs. The Intervenerx solution is based on drug specific protocols, the collection of real time bio-metric data in the home and a patient engagement approach coordinated through a patient app.
2011 – 2013 Ted founded Cat Vang Solutions a software company located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and The Woodlands, Texas. Ted also founded Cat Trang Solutions an EMR company headquartered in Texas and Cat Vang International Limited Marketing and Manufacturing Company located in Hong Kong, China.
In 2007 - 2011, Ted co-founded Plansource a HR, Benefit Administration and Payroll Company focused on the small business market. Plansource is still privately owned and located in Orlando, Florida.

1997 – 2006 - Ted co-founded and was CEO of Long-Term Care Group (LTCG) an insurance outsourcing company. LTCG was founded in 1997 with $20 million of Venture Capital investment. Ted stayed on as CEO until 2006.
1982 – 1997 Prior to LTCG, Ted was CEO of First Heath Strategies, a large full-service third-party administrator (TPA) covering over 3,000,000 lives. During his tenure at First Health/Alta Health Strategies/US Administrators, Ted held numerous positions including CEO, COO, and CAO.
1979 – 1982 Ted joined the UMWA Health and Retirement Funds as Assistant Controller and Manager of the Health Programs.
