●Skilled Professional and Member of Local Union 106; International Brotherhood of Boilermakers. Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of welding, fabricating, grinding, and polishing steel, brass, stainless steel and nickel alloys.

●Skillful Oxygen, Acetylene Torch & Plasma Cutting. Expertise in 0.45 to 3/32 wiring.

●Accurately marks dimensions and reference lines on material to trace and cut patterns of product or parts; uses templates.

●Skilled in trimming, filing, grinding, deburring, buffing, and smoothing surfaces.

●Welds, solders, bolts, rivets, screws, caulks, or bonds component parts to assemble products.

●Sets up equipment, welds parts and pipes using: ● ARC ● MIG ● TIG ● Flux Core

●Accurate cutting of thin sheets of metal with band saw; building, welding, and assembly of expansion joints and slide gate doors.

●Certified Forklift Operator: propane-fueled and electric forklifts. Certified Overhead Crane up to 20 tons. OSHA 10 Certified.

●Training and certification in CPR, blood-borne pathogens, and AED defibrillator.
