CHIROPRACTIC PHYSICIAN, NOVEMBER 2023-Current

Tasked with initial patient intake including comprehensive Chiropractic physical evaluation of neurological examination, orthopedic assessments, functional strength, and range-of-motion. Assess severity of patient based upon pertinent medical history, mechanisms of injury, exacerbating and relieving factors. Develop, asses, and refine treatment planning and protocols based upon impact of therapies provided and patient outcomes.

Prepare daily SOAP notes and submit billing through EHR in compliance with practice standards, HIPPA, and insurance coverage guidelines.
