CFOT(Certified Fiber Optics Technician) responsible for installation, maintenance, and monitoring and testing of Fiber Optics broadband communications cable. CDL Class A Concrete Mixer Truck Driver/ Operator
ANDERSON CONCRETE-Lancaster, OH
November 2023 to January 2024
I was responsible for driving and operating Concrete Mixer Trucks. I delivered to customers loads of concrete varying from 3 to 10.5 yards and I did not lose any loads. I gained proficiency in handling color tints mixed into loads. Highly compromising my efforts, I was assigned two Concrete Mixer Trucks,
#587(intermittent Air-Brake system AIR LEAKAGE repair problem ) and #581(chronic Air-Brake system AIR LEAKAGE repair problem) which both had severe systemic Air-Brake system air pressure LEAKAGE problems in both the PRIMARY and SECONDARY circuits. The senior Service and Repair Department technician, Ken Zyvonoski REFUSED to acknowledge the severe intermittent Air-Brake system repair issue and promptly schedule my first assigned truck #587 to get the on going problem properly DIAGNOSED and FIXed at the Anderson Concrete company Service and Repair shop. I got NO support from either the Director of Driver Training, Mike Combs nor my mentor Driver Trainer Mike Drake who was in my assigned truck #587 during first incident at a customer jobsite at which the emergency Spring- Brakes engaged preventing the truck from being driven. At that customer jobsite Anderson Concrete Service and Repair Technician Ken Zyvonoski implemented a Micky Mouse bandaid “repair”. I informed crazy IGNORant “manager” LYing Mark McManus of the problem and went round and round with him over the systemic intermittent SEVERE Air-Brake system REPAIR problem and crazy Mark tried to blame me for the on going SEVERE problem. Later, after my assigned truck #587 was finally put in the Anderson Concrete Service and Repair shop for a full week getting its systemic intermittent severe Air-Brake system AIR LEAKAGE repair problem properly diagnosed and FIXed, in my hasty “Kangaroo Court” termination tribunal LYing scumbag Mark McManus had the unmitigated nerve to LIE to the Director of “Safety”, Brandon Double and me, insisting that I had never said anything to him about it and that he wasn’t aware of the on going MULTIPLE incidents at batch plants and customer sites, in which multiple repair technicians were dispatched to remedy truck #587 being completely disabled with its emergency Spring- Brakes engaged. Other repair issues did get resolved but not always in a timely manner. The most critical being a new remote control unit mounted on the back of my first assigned truck #587. CNC Machinist
RABLE Machining / PRECISION Machining-Lancaster, OH March 2023 to September 2023
I operated a MAKINA CNC machine. I conducted all QUALITY Control/Assurance measurements and checks on the parts that I produce. And I completed all FINISHING operations on my parts. Bulk Propane Delivery Driver (SEASONAL)
FERRELLGAS Company-Hebron, OH
January 2023 to February 2023
I completed an initial phase of computer based training in just over two weeks, well ahead of the projected/scheduled three weeks. I scored in the solid grade A gpa on the associated EXAMS. With the exception of Driving a “Bobtail” Bulk Propane Delivery Truck, I was engaged in all other aspects of training associated with the delivery of LPG(Liquid Petroleum Gas) / PROPANE to FERRELLGAS residential and business customers. As a result of not being issued proper Propane industry and OSHA approved PPE hands protective GLOVES, I sustained multiple FROSTBITE burns to fingers on both of my hands. During my second day of in truck/delivery route training, in what seemed to be in excess of 100 empty DOT empty cylinders at DeLille Oxygen & Gas, in Zanesville, OH, as I was rapidly filling one DOT cylinder after another, I sustained a severe FROSTBITE burn/wound which resulted in my being assigned to light duty/computer based training for one week and four days. In my short employment with FERRELLGAS Company I completed 48 computer based training courses, scoring a solid, A gpa. Inventory Specialist

My job title was simply > DRIVER but, because the company's 2012 FREIGHT LINER Cascadia semi-tractor truck was at the FLEETMASTER repair shop getting an extensive repair to its engine, I had no truck to drive. Three and half weeks after I started employment when I was taken to the FLEETMASTER repair shop to pick up CFM's truck, in conducting the FMCSA required Pre-Trip INSPECTION, I confirmed that both primary and secondary AIR BRAKE circuits could not pass the AIR BRAKE system AIR LEAK test. The secondary circuit was Lea King considerably more than 4psi/minute. The AIR Leakage SAFETY/REPAIR issue got considerably worse with both the primary and the secondary Air-Brake circuits after I had driven the semi-tractor truck back to the CFM plant. Especially the secondary Air Brake circuit. Against my judgement I was ordered to drive CFM's semi-tractor truck back to the plant. I did so, without issues. In addition to the confirmed SAFETY ISSUE with the Air Brakes system, the electro-mechanical function of the positioning of the passenger side mirror completely stopped functioning which made it IMPOSSIBLE to get the passenger side mirror correctly positioned. In addition, the position adjustable Sliding 5th Wheel was positioned way too far to the rear of its carriage frame. And the whole 5th Wheel frame was mounted/positioned too far aft on the chassis frame rails of the truck. On top of all of those issues, the most current DOT INSPECTION for the truck and the three trailers was 09/2020. I also discovered that the rubber Glad hand Air Brake system SEALS on the three trailers were were not sealing(explained why the Air €€€LEAK TEST result was even worse for the primary and secondary Air Brake system circuits) properly because they were WORN OUT/dried out/cracked + split, and in need of replacement. As a result of these confirmed uncertified repair issues, CFM terminated my employment. Stamping Press Operator

SCHNEIDER-Columbus, OH
June 2022 to July 2022
I was issued an offer letter of employment which included a much below industry standards of $21.75/ hr. rate of pay which I accepted. I was not scheduled to start my 19 days of orientation and training in Chicago, IL until 08/01/2022. Four days prior to my start date, the HR department at SCHNEIDER, issued me a revised offer letter of employment, downgrading my rate of compensation to $18/hour. I communicated to my designated recruiter and HR at SCHNEIDER that the terms of my employment were unacceptable. Gasoline at that time was above $5.00/ gallon. Coatings Technician
MIDWEST FABRICATING / Div. of AMANDA BENT BOLT Co.-Lancaster, OH June 2021 to April 2022
Within 2.5 months of starting employment, MIDWEST FABRICATING hired me away from ACLOCHE. I worked all shifts that I was scheduled to work and all of the overtime that was possible. I had an excellent work history with no disciplinary actions in my file. I routinely worked beyond what was expected of me in dealing with several regularly occurring emergency production issues. Consistently, I worked independently with minimal or no supervision required on tasks that routinely required at least two, and at times, three fellow production workers, or a fellow production worker and a supervisor, to facilitate. It had been anticipated that I transfer to a second shift that had long been planned. That second shift never materialized and as a result, when I started long planned for CDL Class A training I had to resign from employment.

Military Service
Branch: NAVY
Service Country: United States
Rank: E3
December 1989 to May 1991
Two days prior to President George H.W. Bush formally declaring war against Iraq, I voluntarily enlisted and served honorably for the duration of the First Gulf War. I was so eager to serve my country that I did not opt to apply for a commission as an officer. In Basic Training at the Orlando, FL naval training base, I anchored the all base inter company physical competition among 36 companies for 26th COMPANY. My Company Commander personally confirmed and congratulated me on anchoring 26th Company’s victory. In my A school, out of 32 fellow Navy Yeomen service members, I placed second in my class. While stationed at FCTCPAC-Fleet Combat Training Center Pacific, San Diego, CA, in two consecutive periods of competition, I WON the Captain’s Fitness Competition. I was the first enlisted military service member ever to WIN the coveted award. The competition was conducted amongst nine command bases throughout Southern California and includes all branches of the U.S. military, and includes all Special Forces. In the second period of competition I broke a 500 yard freestyle swim record that had previously been held by a Navy SEAL for fourteen years, by fourteen seconds. Certifications and Licenses
