CARRIER OBJECTIVE:

Guided by the principle of project management cycle. Managerial works had been a tough task to be undertake. Given emphasis to the proper coordination and utilization of available resources. One has to properly integrate such to achieve the given goals and objectives. 2021-2022 Field Engineer- 256 meters Flood Control Project, Lambayong Sultan Kudarat. Under Vicenti Lao Construction Company

2020-2021 : Officer In-charge two (2) storey construction projects, The Farm Hotel & Resort @ City Of Koronadal

- performing Managerial responsibility of two (2) storey construction project covers 104 units

rooms.

-Supervise and monitor if approved specification are properly executed and implemented

with in the bound of targeted duration

- Conduct regular inspection on-site to ensure safety and health standard are habitually observed.

- Conduct regular Management meeting to all contractors and sub-contractors

- giving feedback and operational updates to the top management as far as operational status of the project

2019-2020 : Assistant Residence Engineer 2 storey NDMU complex renovation project @ City of Koronadal

- In absence of the Residence Engineer, coordinating a team of 15 sub-contractors

-conduct regular sub-contractors meeting to ensure the desired designed and specifications

are correctly implemented including safety and health standard consideration

-Giving first hand information to the project Manager for immediate reference but not limited to, material necessities, sub constructors’ relevant issues and concerns, safety and

standard necessities, material delivery status, regulatory compliance and etc.,
