ASB ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT IV - CORONADO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT 11/21 – 11/22 Performed a variety of clerical and accounting duties in support of the Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, and Friday ASB Class accounts within FCMAT Guidelines. Received, reviewed and processed ASB purchase orders, invoices. Prepared checks for administrative review and approval. Maintained contact with vendors to modify/clarify invoices to resolve discrepancies. Responsible for picking up all cash funds from Coronado High School and Coronado Middle School. Kept funds safe and accounted for whilst preparing them for delivery to the District Finance Office. Worked with ASB Works and maintained all credit card readers for the student store. Solely managed the operations of the student store making it a hub for all students, parents, staff, and alumni.
