• Regularly coordinated work with other superintendents on site, client’s security, and audio visual (AV) subcontractors so that the project was completed and the client was able to move into their space on time.

• Communicates CCI initiatives on a daily basis to the trades/subcontractors.

• Completed the Certificate of Occupancy in partnership with project manager by obtaining signatures from Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) inspectors in a timely manner.

• Provide direction to trade persons and subcontractors by coordinating plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure quality and on-time completion of work.

• Assisted in developing 5 custom retail spaces in the west LA area by establishing rapport with owners to ensure timely, effectively, and high-quality completion.

• Remodeled in completed 3 large projects in the downtown Los Angeles area over $75,000,000 combine.

Labor, Dispatch, Supervisor & Foreman FEBRUARY 2005 - APRIL 2011 I’ve had the opportunity to work in some very important projects and accounts during my time. I’ve managed crews of up to 30-50 individuals directly under my command and much larger crews from 100-160 individuals with the help of great foremen and leadsmen of course, as well as the many great laborers I’ve had the opportunity to work with side by side. It’s always a good thing to share your success with the people who helps us shine in the field. I’ve helped bring in millions of dollars in profits in me 22 years of experience in the Construction, Demolition and Abatement industry. I’ve managed numerous projects in general construction, remodel, retail, and historical restoration, TI as well as removal Hazardous materials, LEAD, ASBESTOS, MOLD, CONFINE SPACES, and UNDER GROUND PIPING (TSI) projects and many more.
