Picked,Packed,Unload,Load products for coke mostly cos freestyle fountain drinks for almost anywhere you go that has coke products.Staging product with hand jack or sitdown electric forklift.Processing the product from line by labeling the product making sure the product and labels match then palletizing them by pattern every other way and row the pattern goes.Forklift also had system scan bar code and product and truck it was coming off of or getting put on.Making boxes when needed when boxes run out for packing,packing by stuffing box with paper if it wasnt full to make sure it was tight.Making sure the labels were in right spot on box and facing the right way on conveyor.Also know inbound and outbound process bill of lading shipping and recieving,same goes for processing making sure the list is in right boxes.

Inspect orders coming from picking area making sure there right with everything in products,labels,tins,totes.Then I inspect the product by opening the boxes on the table.Also do the math from how many boxes and how many are in the box that gives you the total boxes you need for that order with the numbers or codes on the box.Clearing the scale weighting zeroing and taring it before use.Count and Label totes that you need for that order.Do that over and over again per order.

Wrapped the product what was needed to be wrap as what it was called for to be wrapped,banded it as what was called for then labeled the product by quarterly and what was the product,had to take specs running the machine every half hr and every hr,propacked product also by lifting big product 2 man job wrapped and banded them also.

Put product into boxes which was ran on that day of production,made sure product was good to put into the boxes by inspecting the product by eyes,taped boxes up,taped up strouds onto the displays,made sure all labels were on where they needed to be to be finalized,skrink wrapped the product by hand,strapped-banded if needed the bigger products.

Got ingredients to start mixing in batch mixing then started to mix what was called for on the reciepes on the paper sheets or ipads,used automatic system touch screen,had to set up lines liquor and butter making sure there the right tanks your coming out of,machine operator,setting up machines of what product your running by start and finish points,clean machines for changeovers,set up conches where the chocolate goes while running making sure plows are in the right position,add what ingredients for prestart into conche,ran chocolate through augers,then machines called prefiners and refiners onto a steelbelt when you got the fineness from the chocolate on the steelbelt you would get a color check to make sure the color was good,if the color was off you and the lab would have to add or take out coco or liquor to make the color be good,sometimes we would have to taste the product,then went into a conche,then the lab took over from there to be shipped out into tankers.
