Roof inspections for wind and storm damage. Thorough jnspection of all layers and foundations of flashing, baseboard, plywood, ice and water shield, lumber, studs, joists, etc. Pinpoint dry rotted lumber, weakened and rusted metals and weather deterioration to report and document for a full repair/replacement and upgrade if needed in order to ensure a fresh and genuine renewed installation of new roofing and exterior upgrade without any shortcuts to implement thorough quality and removal of defective foundations and lumber from becoming a short term root of a future repair or problem with leaking following the replacement and upgrade.
