Managed all Supply Chain related activities for Medina and Tiffin plants for a worldwide leader in fastener manufacturing and applications. This included oversight of the Scheduling, Sorting, Warehousing, Shipping and Receiving Teams. Supervised the coor-dination of outside service providers. Worked closely with Customer Service and Operations to provide superior service (moved OTD from 78% to 97%) to a mixed (70% Automotive – 30% Industrial) customer base.
