Job Description Responsible for planning the purchase schedule on the basis of consumption trends, stock level in the store, sources of procurement and lead time for getting the items. vendor follow-up, filling of indents, purchase order and payment to vendors. opening new item codes and feeding all related information and standards in software.

verifying matirials. physically before accepting delivery and reporting shortage of materials to the Manager.ensuring that the night issue take place only for non-routine jobs and shift Incharges Update and sign the issuing any material at night.

making regular entries in related software as per categorization general items, capitalized items before the end of the day.

preparing Returnable gate passes, signing it and getting them countersigned by competent authorities. MIS preparation (stock report, rejection report, pending RGP etc.)and generating monthly reports of Physical Verification proper in stores area.ensuring all material are stored in as per the safety and hygiene standards.
