Design, coded, tested & implemented MT54n auto - settlement ASYNC task to settle INBOUND MT544-MT547 messages.

For phase II of SWIFT MT54n project: Modified GSMAC (GLOBAL CUSTODY SYSTEM) data entry functions (BUY & SELL, BORROW & BORROW RETURN, COLLATERAL & COLLATERAL RETURN, INTERNAL ASSET TRANSFER, SEGREGATE ASSETS) to allow direct

entry of SWIFT MT54n OUTBOUND special instructions into GSMAC. Coded, tested & implemented EUROCLEAR MT58n MT54n OUTBOUND online conversion program.

Responsible for GSL (Global stock lending) to GSMAC (GLOBAL CUSTODY SYSTEM) linkages redesign & full GSMAC loan processing automation including clearing account movements - coding, system & unit testing.

All software was written in PL/1, COBOL-II / COBOL, CICS command level languages in DATACOMM/DB2 environment & utilized SQL/DB2 & IBM MQ-SERIES.
