Integrate MSPs PSA Tools with Zendesk. Develop and integrate Connectors between ConnectWise, AutoTask, Salesforce and Zendesk. Design and Develop a Testing/Development Environment for the company. Bring Development activities in-house saving the company money. Work with Developers on a daily basis to bridge the gap between Operations and Development activities. Technical documentation, project plans, researching new technologies that would save the company at the bottom line. Assist in obtaining materials to keep Developers trained with the latest technologies such as MVC, Entity Framework, Code First, Ajax, LINQ, AngularJS. Used SEQ to monitor logging of errors and triage as necessary. Used Atlassian Products to track software development: JIRA, Bitbucket, SourceTree. Worked with AVG Managed Workplace and integrations available via the Service Centers built into the products, making these available to the our MSPs. Assisted with Onboarding new clients. Worked with updating/ re-writing older base enabled the system to reach back out across systems to close out an Alert in Managed Workplace that Created a Ticket in Zendesk. In other words, once the Zendesk ticket was worked to completion, the code reached back out across systems to auto-close the initial alert (bi-directional functionality) saving Engineers from having to go back and manually track the alert down and do this themselves, which often did not get done - which would skew SLA's.
