Maintained a daily attendance excel spreadsheet, checked for the employee entry, half day, full day leaves and entered all the final details to calculate the daily pay of the employees.
Set up various forms on excel to make the job task easier and created yearly calendar for Human Resources for Craft employee’s monthly rotation schedules.
Responsible for inputting Short Term Disability for employees and maintaining daily excel spreadsheet, checked that the employees were getting compensated while the employee was out on STD. If the employee did not get compensated is what was missing and get with employee to furnish paperwork to the insurance company.
