Provide support to the logistics function preparing logistics documentation to Determine maintenance and repair materials required for deployment and modify records.

Coordinates the verification, inspection, and receipt of incoming material to ensure timely delivery to designated areas. I Perform a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment’s storage plan.

I worked in excel creating graphs and charts.

Rearrange and take inventory of stored materials, examines stored materials and reports deterioration and damage. Removes material from storage and prepares it for shipment. May operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties. I Verified materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and obvious damages; route materials to prescribed storage locations; stores, stacks or palletizes material in accordance with prescribed storage methods. I Assist with inventory, evaluation of general property. Operate company vehicles and material handling equipment. Select storage location and record selected location on inventory worksheets. Forward appropriate paperwork to supervisor for review. I Maintain tools, equipment, and facilities to include government furnished property and equipment.

I Assist in remitting, transferring, and releasing property. Support sales activities. Pick up, transport and deliver parts, material, equipment and components to pre-determined destinations. Assist with loading and unloading of material being transported.

I perform limited aspects of technical supply management work, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization related to depot, local, or other supply activities.

Work usually is segregated by commodity area or function, and controlled in terms of difficulty, complexity, or responsibility.

Assignments usually relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations; or to functions or subjects that are narrow in scope or limited in difficulty.

Work typically in semi-office, hanger, and/or open surroundings May be required to work in areas where high noise hazards prevail and are exposed to fumes or airborne particles and electrical shock hazards. Maintains statistical database for all supply transactions in order to measure effectiveness of the supply operation.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested. Work is performed in a shop environment that is moderately lighted, heated and ventilated, is exposed to disagreeable fumes and to cuts and bruises from using tools in close placed and hazards of moving vehicles such as forklifts and sweepers in shop area.

Im required to walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and work in tiring and uncomfortable positions.

Check incoming shipments of mail by comparing item names and identification numbers with receiving reports, and by opening, counting, and visually checking contents of containers. Report averages, shortages, or damaged items. Stores mail in established locations, and sets up specific locations for new items, considering such factors as the use, size, shape, weight, and similar nomenclature of items.
