Utah Valley University – April 2023 was called by college and was told to come to enroll. I got here got enrolled. So far, I’ve completed 12 credits and passed all classes I’ve attempted. Found jobs in fast food at Burger King - 801-***-****, Freddy’s Provo – 385-***-****, Five Guys – 801-***-****, these jobs were fast paced but wasn’t what I was looking for when it comes to the next…. 3 years at Utah Valley University

2019 - 2022

Grace Campus – A lower income housing project in Lubbock, Tx. During the Covid-19 pandemic we had to prepare meals for a large group of people. We prepared meals for about 100 residents and provided utensils as well as disposable food containers. Meal planning was done with 3 people and prep was done by the cook. Nutrition needs were met for a 2500 calorie diet. We only served 2 full meals and allowed residents to select their own breakfast items. These breakfast items were not prepared onsite.

2018 – 2019

Rockport Texas – I was looking into developing a new way to play baseball and utilize the fields that are all over the places that I grew up in the panhandle of Texas. I have since gotten Nintendo’s permission to use the Pokemon characters to develop this game. I found Orem and UVU because they successfully sold a baseball team named the Orem Owlz. I have already registered my business intentions with Lubbock, Tx and UCCU.
