Associate of the Month 5/2022
Experience in supporting AFE pack, sort, ship dock, while those paths are on break, onboarding new hires, delivering orientation, delivering HRR’s, working well training, 5S safety projects, methods of making AFM kindle swap faster and easier. Working close to the OM, AM & PA on duty, to help keep things running smoothly, on the AR floor and work stations. Made the floor schedule for the AFMs on the AR floor for the night. Reminded AFMs to enter their add backs, damaged items & minesweepers, nightly. Sent out scorecard for the AFMs & leadership nightly. Sent floor health progress to leadership at the end of shift. Guided new AAs on how to perform their new paths at Amazon. Touched base with the more seasoned AAs on how their new position at Amazon is progressing and just a general check on them to see if they need any info on new paths or their current path. I also have experience in general administrative applications and Slack & Chime communication in group and one on one chats to gather or send work related information as needed or beforehand information that may be needed. I have also been inclined in Higher ranked positions, however, the position was ultimately offered to another AA, that Amazon deemed more fit for that role. I was also offered an L3 position in FSD1 as Learning Trainer but, at the time, I had to decline the offer as well as being offered a PA spot In ElPaso but the pay was, ultimately, not worth the move to another state.

Working at Amazon has been the most rewarding working experience of my life. I absolutely love my job. There have been ups and downs but I would work them all over again as I have had the most wonderful experience here. The people and atmosphere here are all professional and like family and friends. I have worked hard to get where I am at but all along the way I had my “Cheer Squad” behind me telling me I could do whatever I put my mind to. I LOVE THIS COMPANY. They have given me so much with me on my path up and I can not say “Thank You” enough.
I am looking for a new adventure in my career. I am hard working & catch on quickly.
I am flexible with the hours I work. I am a people person and professional.
I have some college, however I didn’t graduate. I will not let you down. I am willing to learn and take any classes or training that is required for the position. I take criticism fine and I am not easily offended. I am kind and mild mannered and do not wish to be the center of attention, unless it is required.
The job listing is from the past 10 years, but I can go back a little further if needed.
I have a gap in employment as I was a stay at home parent from 2008-2016.
Thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
