Work as a L3 resource for other two GE Aviation applications.

Mostly work on the Digital Thread module applications which are made or transferred from the

legacy applications which are mostly sunset.

Deal with the database most of the time to insure that the user gets what they want .

We deal with almost 45 to 50 countries in different days as they all are the partners on different applications.

We are ready 24/7 for any issues expented or unexpected based on the urgency and we follow the protocols based on the urgency of the issue created by the user which is identified through the ticket.
