Principal Preparatory Academy 2018 - 2019
Principal Prep Academy is NHA’s internal pathway to help prepare deans for success in a principal position. The program is devoted to building upon each participant’s experience and knowledge base to increase their capacity to successfully lead an NHA school building. Each participant receives 360 feedback and participate in one-on-one coaching sessions with an assigned coach, focused on growing strengths to enhance their leadership abilities. Specific topics addressed through the lens of the NHA Principal Rubric which is derived from the Danielson Rubric include:
